Support to resolve technical issues around upload, (re)formatting, and analysis of customer datasets;

Transform the data as needed using existing tools and developing new scripts if needed;

Identify problems by interpreting error and logging messages generated by internal analysis, pinpointing the specific cause of failures, and fixing them quickly to deliver sanitized data;
*

Determine appropriate file formats and data standards for biological data that will be imported, based on standards and data formats;
*

Collect experimental methods and parameters, incorporating appropriate documentation and controlled vocabularies;
*

Implement and improve validation tools, both internally-developed and open source;
*

Develop and maintain codes for daily extraction, curation and management of Genomic and Phenotypic data;
*

Instrumental for extracting and providing clean data to statistical analysis team, IT, breeders and managers as required;
*

Develop matrix for measurement trends and identify the quality improvements of phenotypic and genomic data over time;
